Nicolas Sarkozy has held this day in Avignon, a speech on the measures which he intends to apply for the young people. These very late measures are not as high as stakes and risk extremely not being financed.

These devices arrive well late with regard to the economic and social crisis which crosses the youth in France for more than a year. In some departments, the unemployment rate of least than 25 years augmented more than 40 % in one year!

All what offers us Nicolas Sarkozy, it is a rosary of half-measures and particularly vague and homoeopathic experimentation.

This Government is not at the height, the job of the young people needs a shock therapy, especially to treat precariousness at the young people.

I offered very concrete solutions, with my socialist parliamentary colleagues: the allocation of autonomy for all young people, creation of 150 000 jobs-young people in the sector of green economy or else revaluation of the civic service which must become universal and not limited to 10 young people as it is offered today. We always accepted the end to non-accept from Martin Hirsch or from the President of the Republic.

Finally, the medium financiers are ridiculous with regard to stakes which the situation of the young people crystallises: 500 million euro! Or 5 times less than what the Government granted VAT to the restaurateurs with fall of, without counterparts of jobs or of increase of wages!

As reporter of the budget of youth for 2010, I will be particularly vigilant during budgetary debates so that these commitments, even deficient, of the government are accompanied well with medium financiers and so that the Government does not create, as he made it with ephemeral plan suburbs , of rambling experimental devices.

I will have opportunity to discuss it directly with Martin Hirsch on Tuesday, October 6th during a lunch with the Top - Commissioner in youth.
