These devices arrive well late with regard to the economic and social crisis which crosses the youth in France for more than a year. In some departments, the unemployment rate of least than 25 years augmented more than 40 % in one year!

All what offers us Nicolas Sarkozy, it is a rosary of half-measures and particularly vague and homoeopathic experimentation.

This Government is not at the height, the job of the young people needs a shock therapy, especially to treat precariousness at the young people.

The proposal of Jean-Fran ois Cop and of the government to tax, that is to say to impose as a normal income, the indemnification of the people injured at work is absolutely scandalous.

To recover 150 million euro for the budget of the State, the wage earners victims of industrial accidents are going to see their still reduced indemnification, while it is already equal to 80 % of their wage. At the same time, because of the reform of the tax on income, of the tax shield and of the fall of the tax of solidarity on destiny, the richest saw their taxes reduced since more than 20 thousand million euro 2002. Once again, the government is taken in the act of tax injustice.

This measure is all the more aberrant as working conditions degrade in our country. Does the government think that it will diminish the number of accidents at job by taxing the accident victims? It has no sense.

He would better make to act in favour of the people injured at work rather than to attack the victims and the unstable wage earners. It is urgent today to reinforce the means of prevention of industrial accidents, to link labour unions better to decisions in the firm and on workplaces. It is also necessary to punish the employers who are the first representatives for the deterioration of this situation.

The socialist Party asks the majority and the government to abandon this particularly iniquitous measure.
