We all have conscience of the reality of danger as the future generations which represent destruction of our ecosystem and climatic warming. Facing it, urgent measures must be taken to pass as quickly as possible to a d carbon e and sober economy in energy.

Investments in renewable energy sources, ambitious industrial policy, but also more total reflexion on our agricultural and industrial modes of consumption and of production are the priorities for which the socialists ask the Government to implement as quickly as possible.

Michel Rocard presented a report on the contribution climate energy on July 28th, 2009. We are particularly anxious in view of statements of the different ministers of the Government further to this presentation.

So that this contribution is efficient and just socially, it is necessary to take into account the situation of the household which cannot go without their vehicle because of their geographical situation. The tenants either have not to pay for owners who refuse to implement developments allowing not to fritter away. The Socialist Party asks therefore for a right opposable to the energy efficiency.

The recipes of this contribution cannot either take the place of the professional tax as already ask for it the industrial and economic lobbyes. It would be make pay directly to household the presents from the taxman that the Government chose to make to the richest and to firms. The only objective of this contribution must concern fossil energies, and include also a modulation of the rates of electricity, to encourage in a total fall of the power consumption, to take into account costs of building and of dismantling of the nuclear power stations, as well as ecological risks.

These conditions are necessary to make climate of this contribution energy an efficient tool in the struggle against climatic warming and programmes of carbon dioxide without penalising French household therefore.
