The departmental Assembly has noticed this morning a minute's silence in memory of our regretted colleague Hubert Pouquet also mayor of Villars, who died last Friday.

Our group joined the homage returned by Pascal Clement in preamble of the session of standing committee by Jean-Claude Bertrand who reminded that we lost with Hubert Pouquet, vice-president in load of facilities, an opened elected representative with whom it was always nice to work in the public interest of the Department. His simplicity, the inimitable way it gives an account of files the load of which he had, his joviality will miss in our Assembly.
