Year 2007 will be that of all changes, if we can persuade Frenchmen of it and draw them away in our wake! 

Then, more than ever, in 2007, let us our future together to the left, let us construct the world of peaces, of justice, of respect and of solidarity.

Let us watch to leave to our children and to the future generations our most precious heritage: a preserved Earth where move back injustice and inequality.

Every day, let us make live more intensely republican stocks of freedom, of equality, of brotherhood and of tolerance.

We have a duty of victory as presidential elections and general elections. In 2007, with S gol ne Royal, let us make triumph our stocks and our ideals, let us provoke membership in our socialist plan, let us make win the left!

   The day of strike and of demonstrations on December 18th on the appeal of the group of several unions in the second degree was a resounding success.

 

   The teachers rallied in great numbers against a draught order which would allow to the minister to economise 2800 posts by abolishing some discharges per hour linked furthermore by job, but also to spread the principle of the bivalence (education of several subjects) and multi-allocation in several establishments.

   In a mail addressed to the Pr fet de la Loire on October 31st of this year, I reported blackwoman limps from A47 and I drew its attention to the absence of reliable information for the users who borrow every day the section Saint-Etienne-Givors. I questioned him about the real calendar of installation of the equipment of signalling envisaged in the Contract of Plan of type panels with variable messages, cameras of vid osurveillance, which cruelly keep people waiting.

   Good news: in his answer, the Prefect points to me out that the users will not have to wait two or three years more as it was possible to fear him after statements of DDE, some months ago.

    From 2007, stations of counting and cameras allowing to discern disturbances faster will be installed along the road network. From 2008, panels with variable messages will be established in their turn on itinerary . The Prefect adds: that the implementation of this equipment and the organisation which is linked to it asked for heavy studies, what explains the noticed delays . By hoping currently, that this calendar will be well kept on time!

   As part of its plan Comedy of Cities , The Comedy of Saint- tienne leaves every year on the meeting of the inhabitants of Saint- tienne in seven st phanois districts.

   I went to see the room last week to the Friendly laywoman du Soleil Every step which makes the sun written by Algerian Ma ssa Bey, staged by Yves Bombay and interpreted by two gifted actors Sophie Barboyon and Antoine Sastre.
